Privacy

Private inputs stay with the desktop application.

This policy covers the QuietSuite website and the way QuietPII and QuietTranscribe are designed to handle private data.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. QuietPII

QuietPII looks for personal identification information in a prompt on your computer and replaces it with placeholders. The original values remain available locally so they can be restored when you paste a model reply back. QuietPII does not send the prompt to an LLM for you. You choose what to copy into the assistant you use.

2. QuietTranscribe

QuietTranscribe processes supported recordings on the computer where it is installed. Audio and transcripts stay on that computer. An internet connection is used only if you choose to download a transcription model. Recordings and transcripts are kept in your user folder.

3. Information you send us

If you contact us or buy a license, we may receive your name, email address, message, and order information. The checkout and contact forms on this website are demonstrations and do not currently submit or store that information.

4. Website operation

The website may process limited technical information required to deliver pages securely, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request.

5. Payments

When payment processing is enabled, card details will be handled by the payment provider. QuietSuite does not intend to store complete card numbers or card security codes.

6. Use, sharing, and your requests

Information you send is used to deliver a license, answer a request, and provide support. We do not sell personal information. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact page.

7. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page or to privacy@quietsuite.com.
